What is this ? Is it hay poke? It seems to be hay.

Haypoke usually refers to when the eye clouds over due to a sharp piece of hay irritating the eye. I would try and gently remove the hay. If you're unable to do so then a vets trip is needed. Also if the eye clouds over then a vet trip will be needed for eye ointment and to make sure all hays removed.
