Please have your guinea pig vet checked; a hands-on diagnosis can tell you more. It looks rather sore but what we cannot tell you is whether it is more likely an infection or the result of skin parasites or a fungal skin infection. It looks rather badly scratched but is more likely self-inflicted from irritation or discomfort. Unfortunately, different problems need different treatments. A general vet should be able to deal with it, seeing the country you are. I m very sorry about your bad start.
