Is this indoor cage suitable for 2 guinea pigs to house in winter?

Also I would love to have a sort of kitchen area, where all their eating things are like bowls, water, hay, veggies etc. Can anyone think of a way to like split the cage so I can have a separate eating area?

an extra large cat litter tray might work for the kitchen area? or a shallow box like the ones for going under beds?

It's 50 cm wide which is too small. It needs to be at least 60 cm. sorry about that.

I think it's suitable for 2 piggies if your just using it during the winter, you could buy a large wooden house with a flat roof so they could jump up and use it as a shelf

I think you'll need to try it out and see what works for your piggies! Most of mine aren't able to get on the shelf so it would be no good putting food up there! When I first put a shelf in I didn't expect it to be used on top, I got it more as a hidey. I like that they can sit under it and feel safe, but it can still see them!

Cookie was on my list of pet names (yes, I do keep a list of ideas!) when I first used a forum! So I've always been cookie and I've never had a pet called it! Good choice though!
