It might help to give us the dimensions, but by the looks of it, the cage looks large enough. Jemma looks so chilled out x) She's a cutie! xx

And they do look pretty young, so as they grow, you might need a larger cage. But like I said, it's hard to judge size in pictures.

ive got all ingredients to make a C&C cage now so am going to make one soon with lots of hammocks and cosies i cant wait :))

Your piggies look pretty small and youngish, so for the time being, that cage is plenty big enough according to your measurements. Ideally, two adult piggies would have about 27 to 30 inches in width and 50 to 56 inches in length. This translates to a 2 X 4 C&C Cage in terms of number of grids used. But, like I said, they have pretty spacious accommodations right now with them still being young. Sounds like you have a lot of plans for their new home anyway! They're very pretty piggies, by the way. :-)

ok 2 piggies need 48inches by 24 inches but bigger is better. also they may be small but they will have lots of energy so lots of floor time is a must :)

I think it is big enough but if you can build a bigger cage using c and c grids then do it!
Good Luck building it[if you do]:)

I always think you should get the biggest cage you can afford and you have space for. It looks a fair size to me but when your piggies are a bit bigger they may need more space.

yes I am going to be making a C&C cage 3 grids x 4 grids - would this be large enough for 2 girlies?

I also give my girlies 1 hour floortime every day so as well as being in cage they get good exercise too and time to explore LOL

yes a 3x 4 c&c would be great for two, plenty of space:))

I think it is fine for now, they are lovely piggies..x)

yeh its fine :) ive got my two girlies in a cage that is a pretty similar :)

looks good to me but you might want a bigger one when they're older, see how it goes, if your going for C&C then obviously you can just extend that. I love the towel pegged on one end, thats a really good idea!

I would think the cage is fine for a temporary home but if you like to see them zooming around and popcorning, definitely go with the 3 x 4 C&C cage you have in mind! Your piggies will really thank you for it!

Another plus point for having a bigger cage is it will also smell lesser, so you only need to replace the bedding in 3 - 4 days?

That's lots of room, yes. And floor time is always good - both physically and mentally.
