Hi
This looks like a classic porphyrine (and not blood) coloured pee with a little calcium mixed in that is typical for the onset of a cystitits (bacterial or sterile, i.e. not reacting to an antibiotic) or a bacterial urinary tract infection. The urine may or may test positive for blood at this stage but not to the extent the colour of the urine suggests.
You should over the coming week see symptoms (like squeaking when peeing or pooing and increased urination or stale smelling urine etc.) gradually show up and become more persistent and easier to diagnose. Right at the start, red pees can be followed by clear pees (which may or may not contain blood) and symptoms can be very off and on.
I would recommend that you book a vet appointment sometime next week during regular opening hours but not in the next two days in order to make a diagnosis easier with symptoms (like blood and infection markers in the urine present in every pee) clearly visible, unless your piggy should suddenly look very off (which I frankly do not expect).
I hope that this helps you?
