Is this blood in the urine

Does this look like blood in the urine? She has had a UTI about 6 months ago. I did take her the vet and she’s on antibiotics and pain relief. Just wondering if I over reacted ?! 😆

Urine does oxidise when it’s exposed to air so may just be that. I think blood in urine is more distinct.
