Is This A Happy Sound?

i hope the video uploaded; my little one, pepper, makes this chortling sound almost constantly when she's not wheeling lol and u was wondering what it meant. Also tried to capture some of her behavior with Cinnamon.....the ball of brown hair!

This could be a happy sound but it is quite difficult without listening to it. Guinea pigs do tend to make some indescribable sounds.
