Ruby Inferno
Teenage Guinea Pig
I will be neutering one of my boars soon (I have two boars, they live on separate floors of a double hutch due to fighting), and 6 weeks after the operation I'll introduce him to my pair of girlies. My girlies live in a 120 cm cage indoors because I adopted them in the winter. I do not have enough space indoors for three piggies in one cage, there's barely any room for the girls' cage, so I'm going to buy them a 5ft hutch for outdoors. Does anyone have any experience with this specific hutch and if it's decent? Was planning on getting the 5x2 one: http://www.happyhutch.co.uk/single-storey-rabbit-hutches/flat-roof-rabbit-hutch-long-legs-detail
Also I was thinking of getting a little shelter raised off the ground for when they have exercise outdoors. Is this a good one? http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/small_pets/hutches/single_storey_hutches/outback/100178
I know this is a bit off-topic, but I am not quite sure what to do yet with my second boar. It was suggested I split up the girls and introduce one girl to each of my boars, but I don't think that's very fair on the girls. What would you suggest? And if you do think I should split up my girls and have one for each boar, would it be a good idea to have this double hutch so they can all live outside while still being space efficient? I was thinking 4x2 ft or maybe 5x2: http://www.happyhutch.co.uk/double-...hes/double-decker-outdoor-rabbit-hutch-detail
