We can’t really tell from a photo. Has she been acting out of the ordinary in any way? If you are worried there wouldn’t be any harm in getting her checked out.

Is she more quiet than normal? How is her weight? Perhaps switch to (once) daily weighing just to give you piece of mind.

How long have you had her?

I’ve had her a yesr she’s the perfect weight they said she’s will eat but normal she’ll be squeaking her head off but she’s not lately unless she cold and just wants to stay comfy

When did she last see the vet? And when you say ideal weight, what do you mean? How has her weight been the last few weeks?

If she saw the vet yesterday then do you still have concerns about her health? If so, then perhaps you could try another vet?
Is this the piggy with the soft poops?

I can't tell if it's just the angle of the photos but is she squinting her eyes? If she's cold, do you have a snuggle safe she can sit on if she wants? Or a blanket that's been in the tumble dryer/radiator?

Update on bubbles she is getting asking much better now I think she was just too hot by the radiator and she is now doing much better quick question tho do the huddle up in winter so cage is temporary for the cold weather

Do you mean do they huddle up together? If so, then it depends on the piggies - some do, some don’t.

As long as the cage meets size requirements ie is a minimum of 120x60cm ideally 150x60cm then that’s fine. If it is smaller than that, then the cage cannot be used

Yes together and it’s onky temporary new one is getting built

Do they have two huts to sleep separately? Most piggies don't sleep snuggled up, and even those that do, generally spend part of the time away from each other.
