Is rabbit/cat grass safe for guinea pigs?

Hello,
I was considering trying to introduce grass to my guinea pigs, I heard that most rabbit/cat grass is safe for guinea pigs.
So I was wondering if anyone grows their own grass and if so what kind of grass do you grow and is there any particular brand of grass seed you would recommend.

Any information would be appreciated

Hello. I don’t personally use this but if you put cat grass in the search bar lots of threads come up. Have a good read there’s lots of advice on there.
