Hi Everyone, one of my little piggies has had wet near the front of his eye, which ends up being crusty. I have referred to a very good book that I have by a very well known GP enthusiast and it looks like this could be a blocked tear duct. Optrex human eye wash is noted to use, but as the book was written some time ago I wanted to see if anyone can confirm this as safe to use? (ingredients may have changed over the years etc). He is still eating and his usual self and his eye looks clear, there is nothing I can see (although could be something lodged in deeper too I guess). I have included a picture of the ingredients of the eye wash. I know eye issues are important to fix asap, so any advice is very much appreciated.
