Is my Milo barbering?

Good evening all, hope everyone is well.
I’ve been keeping my eye on Milo and noticed fur disappearing from his belly, legs and sides, I’ve treated him with Xeno 50 for mites/mange, 9 pipettes in total, he gets peppers red and greens for vitamin c and has nuggets not a lot too. Has anyone else had this issue? He’s happy and demanding food like the others, and I cuddle him often , any advice cheers

It looks like it’s possibly barbering.
As it can have a medical cause ie pain in an area, it would be wise to have him checked by a vet
