Hello. I am not sure if my guinea foot is black by default or something is going on there. Please advise. Thank you in advance

One foot is black but the other one is super dark which worries me

It’s normal to have different coloured feet or paws. If you’re worried then pop him? to a vet.

It's because your piggy is both light and dark. Skin tone generally matches the hair colour and it looks to me like the lighter side is where there is white and grey hair and the darker side is just grey. The different colours are normal. I had one piggy who was mostly black and had 3 black paws and one little pink paw at the back

One of my piggies has very similar coloured back feet to yours. One black and one grey-ish. His front feet are pink.

Its all dependent on skin tone. It’s the same with ears and nipples - they can vary according to skin colour. Mu piggies have a mixture of pink, brown or black feet and the nails match the skin tone. So dark nails with dark skin and white nails with pink skin.

They just look like they have different pigmentation in different areas, which affects the skin as well as the fur. My pigs all have feet that match, but do have different pigmentation on various other parts of their body... Hadley has black skin on her upper life and pink skin on her lower lip, which is kind of cute!

Thank you so much all piggie parents! You put me at peace. I love that little guy and want him to live forever. I have never seen such black leg on a gray piggie so it really scared me
