Is Lack of grass in run ok? :

Hi. I'm just wondering if piggies will be ok in a run which doesn't have a lot of grass. Some of it is just earth and some twig/leaf bits. I want them to be able to give them run area when we're in our caravan but the grass isn't very lush on our pitch and I don't want them hurtingtheir feet! Any thoughts? Thanks

Maybe you could check for sharp bits in the ground and if your worried then maybe you could put a rug or a towel down?
