would a cage 940 x 460 x 560 mm be ok to house 2 guinea pigs in ?

they would have a big run with box to go in when summer arrives aswell.

if its not what is the best size to get for 2 ?

The recommended size of a cage for two guinea pigs is 76cm x 127cm (30inches x 50inches)

Hope this helps.

Not really because the longest length you have is only 37 inches, which falls about 12 inches / 1 foot short of the recommended minimum :)

940mm - 37 in, 460mm - 18 in, 560mm - 22 in.

thats a nice hutch, good price too ;)

only thing i would recommend if you are putting it outside is to make it higher off the ground with a few bricks under the feet and put a waterproof cover over it :)

(plastic sheeting is fine just to keep the worst of the rain and drafts off in bad weather, g/pigs + damp = :( )

That looks a good hutch, I need one for summer to put my boys outside as the shed will be too hot.

cool think this is the 1 cant find any others same size for that price can you guys ?

i echo 'bunpig's' sentiments. If they were being kept outside in that hutch, I would raise it off the floor a bit more.. other than that, it's a great hutch!

I managed to get a 6 x 6 foot run off ebay for £35 last year... even though i hate ebay, i have to love it sometimes! :)
