My guinea pig has this black spot and broken nail. she wont let me touch her finger, and whines when i do. What is it can u all help and what shall i do?

Please have her seen by a vet. It sounds as if she is in pain with her toe

the vets in My city are not specialist in guineapigs ,they have already given so many wrong advices and medicines, this site is my only support. 😔
 
Unfortunately we can’t advise. Firstly we can’t do a hands-on check. But mainly because we’re not qualified vets. Perhaps speak to them and see if they can get you some dog (or cat) metacam. They may also need to check the wound. How did it break?

i have no idea, today when i was petting her then i saw it.
