Is he happy or annoyed?

It's hard to say since at some points he lays himself flatter which usually means they are enjoying it. Also the little head movement almost seems like an attempt to popcorn, again signs of happiness. The only thing I suggest is that you not rub their hair opposite to the direction of growth.

Teddy pig doesn't like that opposite growth rubbing all the time... I'll keep in mind what you sayd about it, but other lady pig loves it, she has really soft fur
