Our two girls started in a 2x3 with a 1x2 loft and we extended it to a 2x4, still with the loft. 2x4 is a good size, they have plenty of room to run about and can get away from each other when needed!

My guinea pigs live in a 150 x 70cm cage and I will definately upgrade them when I can. They have two litter trays, two hides, a water bowl and bottle and there isnt that much space for zoomies.

I think that it is a similar cage size to a 4 x 2 c & c cage.

PS I havent got round to giving them a ramp to the upper level.

I'm sick of extending my C&C cage. It's almost 3 M long, takes up one entire wall in the back room, and because it's 3 grids along one width I cannot reach in to the corner.
