Adult Guinea Pig
I always thought of it as Ralph being Ralph but while I'm here, and you're all so helpful; I may as well ask.
It's been in the past 4 months of so. Ralph seems to be irritable when you touch his lower sides of go too near his bottom.
He'll sometimes squeal like I've really hurt him. You'd think I'd hit him with the noise he makes. Or sometimes he'll just let out this low whining noise, until I move my hand a way.
If I try to pick him up, he can make such a huge fuss.
I used to put one hand under his stomach and one under his bottom but those are is "irritable places" so he'll often kick at me and wriggle like he's actually in pain.
But he's not. I mean, he's happy, healthy and there's been no changes in him apart from that.
He's eating and everything but sometimes, if Arnold gets too close to his rear end, Ralph might kick back at him and that concerns me a little.
But is it normal for a piggy to be irritable around some areas of their body?
