Hi bought new one and still keeping separate in other room, my older one is very loud and my new one heard him few times, is that not good before introduction?

I do not really understand what you mean? I know you are keeping your new piggy in quarantine which is good. If they can hear each other then they are just talking to each other which is normal. They are curious.

She cannot as the new one is in quarantine. They are both boars.

I don't think it will make a difference for introductions. When we had a pig in quarantine (on a different floor) I know for sure that my older pig knew there was another 'friend' somewhere in the house- either by smell or by sound. She was very excited when we finally did introductions- the first time she saw her new friend through the bars, she perked up and popcorned and was so excited!
