Introducing Oscar

Please welcome to the board, the new addition to our piggy family, and friend for Blaze (after he lost Scampy two weeks ago)...

He's 6 and a half weeks old now, Blaze went and chose him last weekend from the same local rescue as we got him and Scampy from and after some initial "moments" between them he seems to have settled in quite nicely (so far). O0

He was in rescue with siblings 'cos the lady who had them had bred them just for the hell of it, and then got bored > Still her loss is ours and Blaze's gain

He seems quite confident, he managed to climb on to his stick house within two hours of bringing him home (the previous record was about a month from Blaze and Scampy), and he won't let Blaze bully him too much, he's already been seen stealing Blaze's parsley! :laugh: Blaze has been washing his ears which we hope is a good sign.

We're not entirely sure how we came up with Oscar, we were calling out names to each other on the drive back from the rescue and, to quote Ghostbusters, "it just popped in there" and we thought it really suited him

He is incredibly small, every time we pick him up we think he's going to break! :o We'll have to fatten him up

Sounds like he's a cheeky little thing! Right old tough nut standing upto Blaze! Bless little Blaze giving him a reassuring nudge :smitten: Oscar looks so little against him.

Scampy was lovely and no-one could replace him... but little Oscar is the perfect subsitute. He's gorgeous and by the sounds of it... deserves to be with you.

FLM1977, we just popped them on the sofa and were really lucky, they just sat there for a couple of mins! Blaze has always been pretty good at posing!
