Junior Guinea Pig
I am trying to introduce my sows Cookie and Peep, who lost their cage mate yesterday, to sows Pecan and Perky but they get so feisty. There is a lot of very loud teeth chattering, bottom wiggling, rumbling and hissing. Cookie kept trying to attack Peep but I managed to break it up. We tried to introduce them a long time ago (several months ago) but they were charging at each other and fighting on hind legs. I have tried to distract them with food, paper rolled up with hay inside, dry food, things to hide in etc but they just keep wanting to fight. It seems Cookie is the dominant in her pair, and Perky is the dominant in her's. What is the best way to encourage them to get along? 
I really would like them to live together as they would have a lot more space to run around in.
