introducing new pigs to new pigs

Hi there,
We dont have any piggies at the min, but hoping to get three girls. x) If we can't we're **** going to get a pair of girls and a neutered male. What would be best way of introducing them? should i get them at same time, or let the girls settle in before introdcing the 'hubby' ^)

Obviously they're all going to be nervous, just not sure if that will minimise scuffles or exacerbate them?

Also do male/female intros go easier than same sex intros? think we've got off lightly so far, i managed to introduce an older boar to my 2 year old boys last year and they lived quite happliy, ive been told this is quite rare! :o

A big neutral area, a bathroom works well! Lot's of food and hay and hideys with two exits so that noone can get blocked in.

Mixed introductions are usually easier, but as always it depends on the individuals...
