Introducing New Boars?

I'm not going to be doing this yet unless its the right time.. I have two boars they are about 8 weeks old and brothers..I think... If I wanted more piggies when would be the best time/age to introduce new boars? Or if I got them neutered.. introduce sows?

You would need to have more sows than boars so they do not hassle the ladies too much.
Trios of boars do not often work either.
