So in the wake of losing Tomie very suddenly a week or so again, Misa was looking somewhat down and we knew we didn't want her to be on her own for all that long. So we bit the bullet and ended up adopting a little aby cross. We named her Dahlia. She and Misa really hit it off and so far things are going very well- she's very curious and outgoing and is getting to know us and following Misa around learning from her. It's very nice to see how much happier Misa is and I think she'll make a great addition to the family!

Here are some pigtures!

What little cutie! Welcome, Dahlia.

Thanks everyone! They're doing great... Dahlia is warming up to us really quickly and Misa has really taken to her. Misa is really, REALLY active so all day it's Misa doing zoomies and Dahlia following her around! Very cute, and it's really good to see Misa be happy again.

I frankly didn't feel ready to get another guinea pig after losing Tomie so abruptly and unexpectedly, but I do have to say it warms my heart to see Misa be so much happier and it's hard not to love a little bundle of fluff like Dahlia!
