My girl hazel (see pictures below) has always been very sensitive to smells. For reference she’s sensitive to the smell of grapes but LOVES the taste of them. She’s always been sensitive to new hay/smells etc.
But probably for the last month she’s had super random intermittent clear discharge from the right nostril. We will be taking her to the vets to get checked next week but no other symptoms. No crackles or anything. Just the odd sneeze and a small amount of clear discharge from that right nostril. I thought perhaps she was allergic to the air freshener across the room so we got rid of that but still the same. Not on new hay no new products when washing fleece. Sometimes the back door is open so I wondered hay fever but I am not sure.
Has anyone had a piggie with allergies. Is this common and what are they allergic to?❤️

I’ve not come across a pig with allergies. I think it’s best to get her checked over in case she has something in her nose causing an irritation or has an upper respiratory tract infection.

Actual allergies are rare. They can be sensitive to things though.
