This little thing came out of a pig of mine this morning. (No, not the 5p piece - no such luck :)) - it is the object next to the 5p)

When Nooshi had her dental work done at Vedra's last Wednesday, Vedra found that Nooshi's lower left (right to us) premolar was loose. Expected to come out on its own.

Well, after Nooshi had a day of eating hard pellets by herself on Friday, she slowed right down with it yesterday. I wondering if the premolar had loosened further but didn't get to look in until this morning. On looking in the back of her mouth this morning, I found the premolar in its normal place, but a very gentle nudge revealed it was no longer attached.

The shape of the tooth is fascinating...at least, it is to me!

Wow amazing shape, you wouldnt think it was a tooth. Very interesting, ive always wondered what piggys teeth look like and I'm amazed on how white it is too.

:)

That is fascinating.
Will you put it under her pillow for her, for the tooth fairy? i think it is worth more than 5p - at least a carrot i should think!:))

When I showed the twins the tooth, they started raving about the tooth fairy.

It is a bit eerie having a piggie lose a tooth by herself. One of my past girls had an incisor extracted, but that wasn't the same!

That is very interesting and cool!

I actually don't remember english 5p's looking like that :)) Been a while since I was there though!

Hi

The tooth looks even stranger when you get a good look at all of them in place, a hwhole row of these strange wavy looking things that look more like bone than teeth.

Its better out than in though and its replacement should be up within a day or two, just keep an eye on the teeth until its settled in as the opposite tooth can over grow quickly when one is missing.

Regards

SGP

That's really interesting, thank you for sharing it with us, brilliant photography too.
Hope Nooshi is ok

Well, if it makes you strange, it makes me strange too, because I am going to keep it! :))
