a terrifying moment occurred tonight for baby Finlay and me. I had taken him into the kitchen to weigh him and he jumped out of my hand onto the kitchen table. Unfortunately that table is very slidy so Fin just whizzed across and fell on a padded chair and then to the ground. Total, 3 foot drop... :...
Piggy was trotting a bit disorientated so I managed to catch him quickly and gave him lots of cuddles, kisses and fuss. I checked his legs, his rear end and back but he did not squeak or whine. I thought he deserved a treat, so I sat him on the kitchen surface by the fridge and this is when I noticed that he wasn't trying to run away, he seemed happy being cuddled and fussed over and he even gave me some eskimo kisses (nose to nose). ^)
since then, he's been happy on my lap (provided he gets food) and has come to sniff my fingers and beg doing his circus trick when on his run. He has never done any of that before, although he was getting a bit more confident around me. :)
Is it possible that he and I finally bonded because of the accident? ?/

Sounds like he has bonded with you! You are his hero! The fact he got a scare and you rescued him might have done the trick! I know me and piggies have bonded lots more since they have fallen out with each other. Eskimo kisses are cute :)

Sound's like you both have bonded.
He has seen you are there to protect him as you quickly checked him over and made sure he was alright
xx
