Inflamed testicles

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some advice on my 11 month boar.

I've notices that he is rather swollen around his testicles, I've been reading that it could be the change in age or something else that requires a trip to the vets. He is eating and drinking okay, toileting okay and running around.

Can someone please advise? I don't know if I can attach a photo.

Thank you. The testicle on the right is looking a bit larger than the one on the left. Does it feel hotter to the touch (sign of possible infection)? Since your boy is rather well endowed there is some mechanical abrasion of hair but it should not look or feel sore.

I would recommend to have your boy seen by a vet next week if ou have any concerns; if there are noticeable changes over the next day, as soon as possible. It may help you to take a picture every day so you can compare and document whether there are any noticeable changes.

What we cannot tell you without a hands-on examination whether something is going on or not. But it doesn't look really sore or acutely inflamed.
