So one of my guinea pigs has been to the vet after having a white tinged discharge coming from her vagina. They couldn’t see any signs of infection when they done an ultrasound on her uterus but have given antibiotics anyway. I was just wondering, if she does have an infection can this be passed on to my other guinea pigs (1 male, 1 female).

Generally speaking, urogenital bacterial infections are not contagious. That being said, if there was something that caused an infection or created predisposition towards infection, that may be present for all piggies and thus affect more than one, but it's not because one has given it to the other.
