I'm looking to get a fairly big indoor run for my piggy. Has anyone got any recomendations? it needs to be easy to store whwn not in use inbreeding

I've been looking at those. They don't fall down too easy do they? There are some colourful ones I found too that are similar. I'm planning on having her in the run all day and only in the cage when there isn't someone to watch her and at night. She is a lone piggy and I'm worried about her so want to give her as much space etc as possible. She has been tried with other piggys lots of times but she is a bit of a bullypow-pow. The last time the school tried her with another she had a good go at removing her playmates ear :(

That one is 6 sides where as the other one is 8. I think I'm addicted to buying her stuff lol

Hiya, I have ordered two of these for my Bloom as he is alone at the moments to to a beating from another piggy :( Just noticed the price has been put down LOL I paid £12.99 each on Friday down from £16.99 so £9.99 is a bargain :P
I'll come back here once Bloom has had a play when it arrives and let you know if its worth buying :D xx

Thanks for this, just ordered 2 aswell, free postage and a £1 welcome discount! Fab! Pigs can have some indoor runaround time now.

When did you order it? I've put my works address for delivery because I don't want to miss the postie!

its here! My neighbour has had it since friday :)) Its fab! Would make a great cage (like c&c)

. Has anyone tried the nylon/fabric runs like this one http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Fabric-Do...UK_Pet_Supplies_Dogs&var=&hash=item68c6e10768[/QUOTE]

Hi, I have one of those and I am extremely pleased with it. I have 5 pigs at the moment and they have a ball in there, make sure you put a fleece/blanket down as you can't really wipe off any wee. And when it is time for bed all I have to do is fold it up and put it in its bag and the lounge is ours again :))

Sorry to double post but, did you buy the Trixie small joy 8 sided? :)

If so, how are you finding the run? I've read a few reviews and they have said its more suitable for smaller animals like hamsters because the piggies are beginning to escape! Do you cover the top? x

Hi, yes I have 2 of those. We love it and so does Sugar. They are 9inches high so unless she climbed on something she wouldn't get out. The top isn't covered, she is in our living room where we can see her all the time though. This run wouldn't be suitable for outside use.

Thanks :) Its for indoor use, i've got a wooden run for outdoors. My pigs have never really been ones to climb but most of my pets that I have ever owned have been escape artists! I've ordered two of them for my two, been looking at them for a while. xx

We haven't seen sugar climb at all but We've not had her long. Not sure if other piggies climb though. might have to look it up lol

I use small animal grids for my boys but they can climb over them..

I do however realise that most other people don't have an Angus-pig-extreme like mine who can get in/out of anything including the food tub...

Mine arrived today, so piggies have had a happy couple of hours mooching about. I think they were a bit nervous but I'm sure the will get used to it.

Received mine on friday :)
I attached it to the cage for my pigs and bought them like the wooden sticks that you can get which I have made into a bridge and put a fleece over the top for them, they seem to get out of the cage on it but jump back into the cage instead of using my ramp :(
The grids are really good though! if you buy two boxes of these, the run is huggeee. x
