Hi

Before I adopt the family Guinea pigs I wanted to ask advice on indoor cage sizes and locations

I am thinking about having the family Guinea pigs cage in our living room as this is abviously the most social able part of the house and means plenty of interactions from parents and children.

I have seen an advertisement for a living world Eco habitat locally and thought with a little bit of patients and did covert it into a table and also created a side door to add a run on when we are out during the day

Would this be good or can anyone advise something different thanks

Go for the biggest cage you can fit and afford. For two piggies mum is 120cm and a ferplast 120 is a good cage. Zooplus have some good prices

A 140 cm is great too as more space the better.

Can you send us a link to the cage you saw so can have a look and check it out :)

Hi thanks for the reply I've looked at the c&c cagethey look fab, where would be the best place to purchase them

I’ve bought mine from C&C Cages.
There are cheaper options I believe.
Some people source the materials from various places and build their own.
I’m too lazy to do that - I like having everything arrive in one package
