Looking for a teddy guinea pig around Surrey or Bristol area. Let me know if you have any leads!

As the forum is pro rescue and anti intentional breeding we aren’t able to point you in the direction of specific breed types. We can only really recommend that you try local rescues as they are probably all full to bursting.

Does it have to be a teddy guinea pig? Rescues are rammed at the moment but may not have any teddies.Have you got a lonely guinea pig who needs a friend?

I’m specifically searching for a teddy girl.

I know Little Wheekers in Bristol is over full and not taking

Yea ! I’m specifically searching for a teddy girl.

Oh, yes! I have a teddy, and she's the boss around here. Say hi to Mitzi!
She's gorgeous, honestly it doesn't have to be another teddy to join your other piggie,it really is about who they get on with.Theres so many poor piggies in rescues that need a home and if you contact one of our recommended ones,a lot of them do dating.

Yeah, I'm aware! I currently have three more guinea pigs. Not sure why I decided to get another teddy, but I'll reach out to rescues and check. Thanks!

Have you considered a neutered male? If you're set on a teddy pig (they are very cute...) then this might give you more options? I can only echo the above comments that personality is the most important factor, but I understand that looks play a part in many people's quest to adopt a new piggy. :)
I'm not sure if we're allowed to post links on here, but there's an adorable little boy called Nutty available not too far away from you at an RSPCA branch. They put a special appeal out to try and find him a new home back in September: https://m.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=708850127952424&set=a.327676139403160&type=3

All rescues have sooooo many piggies in atm. Adopt don't shop. When The One and Only Thea (of the Funky Fringe) decides it's time to toddle off to the Rainbow Bridge (not too soon I hope - she is 7 in January) I hope to adopt a neutered boar from my local rescue to be a husboar to Misty and Miss Bramble. If I do I only hope they decide they like him!

I've reached out to several rescues and am awaiting their responses.
