I’m saying hello again
Sorry been off for a while busy with work and poor excuse so won’t happen again.
I feel I’m gona need your love again soon my wonderful Mavis is poorly and I feel her earth world is near the end. She comfy and her daughter with her.

Thank you she’s a love I care so much seeing them poorly hurts deeply.
You know that.
She was comfy and sleepy showing no signs of pain only miffed when I got close for a stroke so I’m not gona stress her.
Tho about vets but I feel she better left with her loonie daughter

We all or most of us know what I’m going through
I’m at work will finish soon off then to buy some her fave treats but I also know she may have gone (if she has ok
I be broken) she’s with Moo who I will look after whatever
Moo is also frail years of fits have taken its toll.
Their home is warm and full love so I can’t do much. Xx

Hello wonderful lady.
Well she’s with me eating some Mellon and carrot tops. She’s big but had a good feel and can’t feel any lumps etc.
not getting around as much but to be honest she hasn’t been a sprinter more a nosy one.
Moo keeping her interested
Ive considered vets But picking her up was stressful for both of us and I’m not going to take her unless she shows me to be in pain etc.
I think tlc off me and her daughter is best meds atm. Xx

Dave, I have the same thoughts about Bann sometimes. I hate taking him to the vet and he hates going, and I have to remind myself sometimes that the vet can't fix old age, none of us can. So as long as he's eating and showing no signs of pain or discomfort I'll not be taking him in.

I'm so sorry you're having to deal with the same questions with Mavis. For what it's worth I think you're doing the right thing.

That means a lot… what I struggle with is the rapid slowing down they get.
I’ve just spent 10 mins with her and basically I’ve woken her up and peed her off. Bless her x

As I’ve said I never let them intentionally suffer
Mavis is god knows how old I got her before corvid and she was mother to moo then and Moo was a adult

Morning All
Mavis is alert and early doors she’s was in a different area looking outwards. She’s eaten and we had a cuddle no moans as I poked and prodded (no wonder piggies don’t like being picked up at times)
She’s back in a Huge box which is laid with fresh hay theirs lots leaves etc. I can hear her eating the box…… 😂. Bless her. Xx

Lovely to see you back but very sorry about Mavis coming to the natural end of her life. It never gets any easier... :(
