Back from a weeks hols in Dorset - had a great time and sunny weather 8)

Hope everyones ok?

Will post photos later, got to collect furries from small pet hotel later on - cant wait to see and cuddle them :)

Looks like you had a brilliant time although i wouldnt of gone on the hot air balloon cos I'm scared of heights ;D
 
Omg you went to Monkey World! :( I've wanted to go there for ages....did you enjoy it? Looks like you had a fab time, love the strange tree :P
 
Monkey world is fab - do try to go one day if your ever in Dorset?

Its a huge place not like a zoo but a sanctuary - so many are rescued I saw Trudy who was rescued from Chipperfields circus where she was ill treated >:( and lots taken from Spain etc... where they are used to make money and not kept well. I dont drive so getting there i managed to get a free bus but back there were no busses so had to walk the 2 1/2 miles back to Wool train station along a busy road with no pavement :o was so worth it tho - and that baby chimp was sooooo cute :smitten:

I kept looking at the balloon ride but just went for it and paid the £7.50 student fee then i had to go! was scary at first but fine once up there but you have a narrow platform to stand on and then you have a rope type mesh round you :o it was brill views - had it been windy i wouldnt of gone up!

Feel better about heights now!

OMG how did you do it, the heights thing ooooo feeling woozy, i could not do it, i think you're very brave :o :o
Awwww Jed looks like he got to bring his own bed and pillow too :-*
 
Its weird I hate heights and theme park rides but loved that! Might have to brave a few rides now if we end up going to Drayton Manor with the students :D

We had to cover all the sofas as they had just put new fake leather ones in and i was worried Jed would scratch them! Id spoken to them before and luckily the owners were 'doggy people' and were fine that Jed was on the furniture if it was covered!
 
I would love love love to go to Monkey World :D Maybe I can pester dad..is it expensive? I love watching Monkey Business so since I first saw that I've wanted to go for agges. :P
