only just managed to get back on line in the last few days after being away and then had a friend to stay for a week

My friends funeral was lovely, well as lovely as funerals can be. It was so nice to catch up with everyone there, I arrived early with my son and left in the evening after a couple of hours at her wake.

The day was eventful to say the least. found the house fine and the local church no problems. managed to be 2 cars behind the Hurst only to get split up at a major set of traffic lights, we were told it was at least a 20 min drive to the crem where only family and close friends were invited well the 5 of us that was in my car managed to miss it all i can say is Annie would of been laughing her head off at us. We arrived as the final bit of music was finishing.

Annie's 2 children were so strong, and her son gave the most moving tribute to his mum. we laughed, cry ed and laughed again, it was lovely and so Annie. I felt so privileged to have known her and called her my friend
Her son Ben gave me the tribute after i will treasure it forever

Hope everyone has a good 2007

Karen
