Well Done, you must be feeling great! :)

Getting married next year tho so MUST start doing something soon :(

Well done Sarah am so delighted that you have got to your goal.! Brilliant news and well deserved. :).

I am nearly 2 stone down now ((Whooohooo)) ;D and running out of clothes that I can wear! but still have a bit to go so dont want to buy anything new. :o

Thank you everyone!

Needless to say i'm chuffed to death with myself and i'm bouncing with energy! My poor dogs are having their legs walked off :)

Well done :D :) :)

Which diet did you follow? I'm going to get on a diet in the new year. I met a girl at WeightWatchers a year ago, we lost a bit of weight and then she got pregnant with twins, so we stopped going. She had her twin girls 2 weeks ago and we both weighed ourselves..............

erm....... she was the same weight that she joined WW and I'm a stone heavier and she's just had twins ::)

Any advice welcomed ;D ;D

I did well on weightwatches and I did get to my target. I have now put on but would love to lose a stone!

I did the LighterLife Programme, which i would recommend to anyone.

It was hard work but i had lot of support from friends, family and Debs on this forum :)

Huge congrats to you - such an achievement!

Lighterlife - isn't that meal replacement? I think it is the one the Colleen Nolan has just lost loads of weight on?

Well done - its such a buzz innit!
I lost most of my baby weight through Weight Watchers. I didn't have too much to lose 1 1/2 st but it worked well.
Then I got a brace which altered my eating habits & now I'm trying to put it on because I get nasty & scrawny. My ideal weight where I feel good & strong is 9st. Over that I feel sluggish & below that I feel ill. I put on half a stone over the last month which has taken me to just below 8 1/2 & I am feeling much better. But had my brace altered with a stronger wire on Wednesday & am in AGONY & eating is out of the question other than really soft stuff so no doubt I'll be on the old build up shakes again.

It is so hard for me to stay at my optimum weight. If I go a little over 9st it just piles on really fast - if I go under it drops off at an alarming rate. Bloody can't win!

That's the one :) Her article made it sound a lot harder than it was though.

its so sad to think that I would need to lose four stone to be at your weight :'(

Don't be too sad, I'd have to lose a lot more than 4 stone (not saying how much though, bit embarrassing) ;D

Don't be sad! If your happy at the size you are then who cares what it is! I wasn't happy so decided to change but my mate weighs 18 stone and as far as she concerned she's definately more sexy than me!

I am doing Cambridge Diet which is similar to Lighterlife. :)

Have lost 2 stone now in 7 weeks and feel BRILLIANT! :D

Thanks to Sarah who gave me great encouragement to try this kind of dieting. So glad I did it as have messed around with all the other well known diets.

If you have a few stone to loose, I really recommend this way of dieting. I know its hard to start but it does get easier.

Only regret is that I didnt start it earlier!

Well done you, I'm on the big slim for Christmas, so you are an inspiration :)

Can't be doing with the meal replacement stuff myself, but it's what works for the individual!

I need to lose weight, otherwise I'm gonna have to be run over by a steamroller after xmas :(

Well done! That is an amazing acheivement.

My friend did lighter life and lost 4 stone, so it obviously works for many people x

Some people will hate me for this, but i weigh about a stone less since i've had my baby(he's 2 now). Lots of walking and running round after him helped i think! ;D
But i did stop eating c*** too. But i have been tucking into the chocs so i imagine i will put some on over x-mas.

well done :D
i feel such admiration for people with the motivation to keep at a diet - when i tell myself i can't eat chocs then i find myself craving them until i give in and have a massive binge ::)
