Should I be worried? I saw this pile of poop on my guinea pig cage where my younger guinea pig has been sitting on.

From the picture, and there are limitations to look at pictures, it looks simply like a poop has been stood on and squashed ie nothing to worry about.

Is it a clump of poop, does it look soft?
There are normal poops around it, so assuming it’s all from the same piggy, and it is an unformed poop then it may just be a one off but if all poops are too soft and unformed (and come out unformed), then that is when you think of it being a mild digestive upset and remove veggies from the diet etc

I tried poking it with a tooth pick. I could poke through it pretty easily. There are several other poop liks this in the cage but also a lot of normal ones. Should I remove the veggies?
