I need your help!

For some reason my roommate and I have a sudden Fly problem. I want to spray raid but I don't want to hurt my pigs. So.

1. Should I take them out of the apartment completely and wash down there things?
2. Should I just take them out of the apartment?
3. Should I take them out and cover there things with a blanket.
4. Should I just cover them with a blanket?

What is the best plan of attack!?!

I have used raid spray but with all the doors and windows open and leave them open for a bit afterward, not ideal at this time of year but it was ok in my house, i would maybe put them in another room, with the window open?
