I need Help!

I have recently got a new guinea pig, while Albus has passed away but he has this weird thing on him but he does not have any hair loss but he does have a runny nose, and sneezes a lot does anyone have any advice btw his name is clyde

Please have him seen by a vet for a diagnosis.

As he is a new piggy, the area could be ringworm. It is highly contagious to other animals and humans so isn’t something to delay getting checked out.
Or it could be parasitic.

His sneezing may be due to a respiratory issue. Again, he needs a vet check about this.
