fostering a bunny next year! I've wanted a rabbit for ages but I can't have one full time because Mum doesn't like them, but she does let me look after them in my home, and I suggested rabbit fostering and first she said We'll look into it in January, which makes sense because of Christmas and everything, but just now she said we'll look on the internet for some rescues nearby tommorow! Does anyone else foster rabbits (or any small pet?) I'd like some information on fostering :) I've had a look online but it would be good to talk to someone who fosters animals too.
Also, does anyone know a rescue in Surrey? I am about 1 hour from London and 30 mins from Portsmouth

Aww great news! :(|) Just to let you know, you will probably have 2 foster bunnies if you're ok with that as they prefer to live in pairs or groups and rescues encourage that. ;)

Hi there, What a great idea to foster if your mum doesn't want you to have rabbits long term.
I had a lady that fostered from me and she would take rabbits if they needed to come in urgently and I didn't have space for them. I would take them from her when I had space. I have another super lady that takes my unrehomable rabbits. Ones that are too old or medically unfit to be rehomed. She constantly has about 12 rabbits but I finance it!
Good luck. I hope you can help somewhere.
