Boyles pet housing are a wonderful company. Providing they can deliver to my area I am going to order this fabo hutch in time for Christmas;

If it's going outside I'd ask for a larger overhang on the roof but if it's for inside a shed/house that's not a problem. Depending where you live Dawsons Animal Housing make some lovely hutches - Harrogate area. The website doesn't seem to be working for me at the moment but he's on facebook.
