So my pair have found their spot and I'd like to make my life a little easier by having a tray that I can clean quickly!

What sort of tray do people use? (Pics would help if you have them!) And what do you put in it (hay or wood shavings etc.)?

I don't want to put something in and have them switch corners on me!

I used kitten litter trays first but now use 50 cm cat litter trays.I line them with newspaper then finicard then hay.You can buy corner ones as well but I have a few large pigs so wasn't practical for me.Are yours on fleece or bedding?Mine are on fleece .They like weein and pooping under cover so I pegged fleece over the cage over the litter trays.Originally I had hay racks over the litter trays as they wee and poo as they eat but they stopped bothering with the racks so now I don't bother.

garden potting trays are ideal because they have the front low edge but high sides and back. they're quite large aswell so plenty of space. :)

eta: you could put something like fitch in there and then hay.

I use a Trixie medium corner tray and line it with old newspaper. Their hayracks are above them and I scatter some hay in it. I started out by putting a few poops in the tray and I was lucky as they used it straight away! Well, unless I'm on a sleep over at my work and my husband scatters hay on the floor.....:hb:

That's great thanks for the suggestions... @madguinealady mine are on fleece as well and they have a loft which seems to be enough of a cover for them because they have chosen the most awkward corner under there to use!

I think it was some pics you posted that I got the fleece cover and pegs idea from :)

probably. If they are messing in awkward spaces ie under the loft you could make a box from correx that fits snugly and make it a huge hayroom. This could then be pulled in and out to clean and no awkward corners
