Not as far as I know I did a quick check but he was not happy about me picking him up, I'm going to be cleaning them out very soon (in about an hour) so there can possibly be anything that can infect him or be the cause left, what should I be syringe feeding? I don't have any critical care at the momentPlease switch to weighing him daily from now onwards so you can more closely monitor what is going on with his hay intake. As he has lost 100g you should step in with syringe feeding and see a vet. The daily weight checks will also help you know how much syringe feeds he needs in each 24 hour period to stabilise his weight
The bald patch on his nose could be any number of things and will require a hands on vet check for diagnosis - to rule out fungal for example. Does he have any other bald patches? Does his cagemate have any bald patches?

Some people on Instagram have been helping and they are saying that they think its dandruff mites i will clean the cage anyway just incase it can help
My pigs enclosure is a playhouse changed to suit my pigs so it's pretty large and not the easiest to deep clean but so that ik I'm doing the best I can I will try to deep clean it although we don't know what it is yetYou can use mushed up pellets as an alternative instead of critical care. Your first step is to weigh him straight away so you have a base line given he hasn’t been weighed for a few weeks
Please do get a vet appointment for diagnosis
Cleaning them out won’t necessarily solve anything particularly as you don’t know what is causing the bald patch. For example, some conditions require a cage plus it’s accessories to be fully cleaned with a vet grade disinfectant and stringent and ongoing hygiene along with prescribed medications
Thank you so much for the help we will get him to the vet as soon as we canThe only person who can give a diagnosis legally in the Uk is a vet. This must be done by a hands on check.
They can get hay mites (you would see black specks on the back end of the piggy as these are the egg casings of the mite) but cleaning the cage alone won’t help - if a piggy has hay mites, the source of hay needs to be changed, the cage cleaned with a vet grade disinfectant and most importantly an ivermectin treatment needs to be prescribed by a vet
