It would be best to see a vet for a hands on check. We cannot diagnose anything I’m afraid as we are not vets.

I hope your piggy is ok

How long have you had your piggy?
Does he live with other pigs?
How long has he had the spot on his nose.

It might be ringworm and will require a hands on check, but we could give better advice if we had a bit more background to work with.

I’m have had him for almost 2 years now no he dosent live with other guinea pigs and it started with some rough piece of fur an then it started to turn red and then idk if he ripped it of or if it fell off

We can't tell from the pics I'm afraid but well done for spotting it!
If it's ringworm it'll probably spread. You'll see more balding or scabbing around (likely) his face and eyes. And he'll be itching quite a bit. Check yourself for any unusual rashes - ringworm typically forms a red ring on people-skin. It's not a worm though - it's just a fungus. My son had it from our piggy years ago. For us it was simply and easily treated. Is he well in himself otherwise?
If the fur just grows back you might have a boar-glue problem like Bill & Ted suggested. They can get it on their nose when they clean themselves and it can set solid. However, despite owning a few boys, we don't have any personal experience of that!
He's a beauty 🥰
If you get to the vet keep us updated - we'll be thinking of you.
