I recently got 2 piggy’s biscuit and potato I live in a small room so I can’t fit a cage anywhere but they live under my bed I’m trying to take them out regularly but their so quiet potato’s left eye is blind and I don’t know if that decreases her life expectancy I feed them water them and clean their cages every day but it’s been a month since they left their cage I’m trying to take them out but I just don’t find enough time I don’t know if their happy or not they eat their food and drink water my room is noisy because of my 3d printer I use for projects I don’t know if my house light is enough for them I just don’t know what could make them happy They run away from me whenever I pick them up I think they think I’m a predator and their always frozen whenever their in my hands

Welcome to the forum

How much space do they have? (As in actual measurements)
How old are they?
Are they both female?
What enrichment do you provide in the cage?

Provided their cage is big enough (and larger than minimum requirements) then they don’t need to come out often.

The issue with it being under the bed is that they may not be getting enough light.

Her life expectancy won’t be less if she is blind due to an injury for example.

Running away from you - that is normal for a prey animal. You need to spend lots of time bonding with them and showing them you aren’t going to hurt them by lots of hand feeding and talking to them. It can take weeks to many months before they settle in. Most piggies don’t like being picked up and freezing in your hands is a sign they are scared.

How long have you had them?

They have a fabric bedding and I have had them 2 years their both female and their cage is almost ad big ad my twin size bed

They should be fully settled in now then. Are you spending any time sitting with them, talking with them, hand feeding them? That is how you will bond with them and they will become less scared by your presence.
It’s very difficult for us to know whether they are happy - it’s only something you can tell by spending time with them, watching their interactions with each other and by providing lots of enrichment in their cage.
Generally speaking, provided their bond is a happy one, they’ve got enough space and plenty of opportunity to spend the day foraging through lots of hay then they are happy.

Can you tell us what type of enrichment opportunities you give them in their cage?
Perhaps you might like to post a picture of their cage if you would like our input on it.

Size wise. I’ve looked up measurements of a twin bed and it seems to come in at around 96x190cm so should be big enough.

The green link I added in on my previous reply gives lots of information
