Hutches with runs v hutches separate run?

In my opinion a separate run is best. This is because-
1. Most pigs don't like using ramps therefore if you have a run attached on a different level it might not get used as much as a separate run would.
2. You can move a separate run around easily without having to take the whole hutch with it.
3. With a separate run, you can buy one as big as you like, whereas with a hutch with run attached you cannot chose the size of the run (usually).
 
I hav a hutch and I was thinking about building a run to attach to it my self ! My dad has built me a 4f run with a small coop at the end, I was just worried about winter !
But may just bring them in and use the hutch and run from spring time and save up for a shed!
This is all so hard keep changing my mind just want to do what's best xx
