Hutch size

What size hutch do I need for 3 sows? Can anyone recommend a good place to get one from? I'd like to get a hutch that will last. I did quite like a pets at home hutch (I can't remember what it's called) but they seem to have stopped selling it, so can anyone else recommend a good place to get a hutch from?

Try this website..plenty of choice and reasonable prices too. The rabbit hutches are bigger than the guinea pig ones if you want a better choice. I'd recommend at least 4ft long for 3 sows but the more room the better!

a 5ft x 2ft hutch is the minimum and should be fine but id go for 6ft x 2ft hutches

I live in Surrey and he delivered to me, depending on where you are affects delivery charge but the hutches are in really good condition and quality, especially for the price when compared to P@H.

Thank you I have found hutches made of lots of different types of wood, what should I be looking for? I know there are some types of wood which are really flimsy but I can't remember which is good and which is bad

Avoid ply wood. It's flimsy
