Hutch size for a herd.

How many guinea pigs would live happily in an 8ft by 2ft hutch?
Or alternatively a 7ft by 3ft hutch which has an extra 5sq ft of floor space?
They would also have a large run to use during the day (6ft by 9ft)

Cage Size Guide will give yo an idea, far better to have less piggies in a big space, gives them lots of room to move around.

Ooo that’s going to be a lovely size for them
I’ve had four girls in that size and it worked well for them, space to get away from each other when they needed it.
