My 3 girls used to live in a double tier hutch with a rabbit, temporarily I took the ramp out and covered the hole and had bunny on bottom piggies on top. Now I have sorted better housing for the bun the ramp is back in the hutch however it has been cleaned and painted to is slippier than before and they wont use it.

What is the best stuff to put on it (no fleece tunnels or carpets! - the ramp is about 1 metre long) and where can I get some?

These girls were adopted and their hutch was a tip, filthy and totally grimy so the ramp was quite easy to climb with all the dirt to cling on to :{puke! obviously I cleaned it and painted it so it looked nice now they dont seem to be able to use the ramp ... silly hooman

They have shavings as their bedding so ideally I *** want anything that they will stick to

I covered my ramp (that was made of plywood with a "fake wood effect" covering" With a towel... as long as you secure the towel they can get up and down fine. However some people use a piece of carpet :)

1 of 3 piggies has mastered the ramp again

the two that dont get a long as well seem to either hate the ramp or want to stay away from each other

that sounds like a really good cheap solution and will help wear their nails too ! I shall get some paper

was going to try rubber matting , due to shape towels would be tricky to use and I dont want carpet or anything like that due to using bedding .

paper + disposable + cheap = epic

I used sandpaper before. Its good, but my boys nails got too short so keep an eye on that. I recently used a rubber car mat. 99p at tesco :)
